At Canadian Supplement Club we always guarantee our customers the absolute best prices. If a lower price is ever found, we are committed to beating it. Please mention the price and the online retailer at the time of purchase. Once we verify the lower price, we will beat the price. Please be sure to email us in regards to the price adjustment before you complete the payment process. We will not price match after the order has been shipped. Expired, damaged and short dated items do not qualify for price adjustments. The product being adjusted must be in-stock by the company advertising the lower price. The advertised item must be of the same brand, size and flavour. Advertised prices must be from a Canadian website.
Do not be fooled by unscrupulous web sites who advertise a product with a lower price but then do not stock desired product, or ship expired, near expired or heavily damaged product. What a rip off!
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Orders made before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Most orders will arrive within 1-4 business days*.
All orders over $99 before taxes will receive FREE SHIPPING*
Orders under $99 before taxes will be shipped for a low flat rate of $5.99*
*Shipments that are extremely heavy or are required to be sent to rural and/or extremely isolated areas in Canada may have extra shipping charges placed on them by Canada Post and therefore may not be eligible for free shipping. Shipping to isolated areas may also require extended shipping times. Canadian Supplement Club will always contact you in regards to extra shipping costs prior to charging you for those additional costs.
Returning Products Purchased Online
We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund on your purchase up to 30 days after you receive your order provided the product being returned is in excellent condition and is unopened with all safety seals intact. We have a restocking fee of 25%
All promotional items (T-shirts, Shaker Cups, Product Samples, Magazines etc.) must be returned if received with the original purchase. A full refund may not be granted if these items are not returned.
Shipping and handling charges are only refundable if the return of product is due to an error on our part.
Product and Label Claims
All refunds regarding defective products and guarantees must be taken up directly with the respective manufacturer, if and only if they offer such a policy. Purchasing by Minors

Misprints
Occasionally misprints occur on our web site, printed material and/or email promotions. In the event that an error does occur, we may not be able to honour the mistake.
Backorders
In the rare event that one of your items is out of stock, we do not delay the rest of your order. The remaining items that are in stock are shipped immediately. We will notify when backorders are in stock and if you choose you can then place an order for them.
If your order consists of only one item which is backordered we will notify you that the item you ordered is out of stock. You will be placed on a list which gets first priority to purchase when the backordered item is back in stock. We never substitute an alternate flavour, brand, or product unless you give us permission to do so.
